  • We are living during a time of turmoil, uncertainty and pain. As we watch the world around us crack and break, we also find that we have an opportunity to reimagine and reconstruct a different world - one that is more equitable and inclusive.

  • Diversity, equity and inclusion impact individuals as well as organisations they work for. Organisations - large and small - are investing time, money and resources on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. However, change requires a multi-level approach that rebuilds the systems within which we operate, rather than one-off efforts that have limited impact.

Description of
The Program

  • This program is developed for people who are  beginning their journey in the DEI space and it will support participants in how to leverage the DEI role to intentionally move towards creating an inclusive experience at work.
