DIVERSITY EQUITY INCLUSION
CHANGEMAKERS PROGRAM

-
The Metamorphosis DEI Changemakers Program is a comprehensive virtual course that equips participants with an in-depth understanding of a multi-pronged approach to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) with a focus on systemic change and increased personal awareness.
-
This program is developed for people who are beginning their journey in the DEI space and it also supports participants in leveraging the DEI role to intentionally move towards creating an inclusive experience at work.
Earners of the "Metamorphosis DEI Changemakers Program" certificate have gone through the 12-week extensive and comprehensive program, covering the fundamentals of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at work, inclusive leadership and allyship, DEI as organizational change, stakeholder management, roles and competencies required in DEI work and measuring and accountability in DEI. Along with a personal exploration of what DEI means to them, participants have been provided with practical tools and resources to apply in DEI efforts. They have also been equipped with practice and skills in building relationships with stakeholders and making a case for DEI at work, and are connected to a global community of DEI experts, practitioners and learners to continue their learning and insights in the DEI space.
