Creating spaces for transformation

Metamorphosis is an initiative founded by Pooja Shahani  and Aarti Shyamsunder in 2020. We are a platform bringing people together to share stories, build community and exchange resources to create equitable, inclusive and empathetic societies.

Our focus is on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at work. We approach each opportunity (whether commercial or pro-bono) with fresh eyes, to develop customized, unique strategies that are designed for people-focused transformation and sustainable impact.

Our focus areas within the DEI space are strategic leadership consulting and coaching; bespoke interventions and workshops; thought leadership and custom solutions to transform your workforce and leadership to be more diverse, equitable and inclusive.
